Weekly Forecast (5th June to the 12th June)

A hot and sunny week to come with temperatures at or over 35°C all week and into the following week!

• Friday 5th – A clear and sunny day with temperatures of 29°C (34°C)
• Saturday 6th – A clear, sunny and hot day with temperatures of 32°C (38°C)
• Sunday 7th – Another hot day with more in the way of cloud. Temperatures reaching 36°C (42°C)
• Monday 8th - A very hot day with top temperatures of 37C (46°C)
• Tuesday 9th- Another very hot day with temperatures reaching 36C (43°C)
  
• Wednesday 10th – Clear hot and sunny. Temperatures of 36°C (45°C)

There is some very hot weather on the way with temperatures up to 37°C (feeling like 47°C). It arrives this weekend.

An average week to come with sun and some cloud along with the chance of a thunderstorm. Temperatures are slightly down on recent weeks but it will still feel nice with an average of around 28c.

• Sunday 31st – A pleasantly warm day with some clouds around. Temperatures reaching 25°C (27°C)
• Monday 1st - A sunny morning but then turning cloudy with the risk of a shower in the late afternoon. Turning humid as warm, moist air arrives from the south west.  Temperatures of 26C (32°C)
• Tuesday 2nd- Partly sunny and still humid with the risk of afternoon showers and an overnight thunderstorm. Temperatures reaching 27C (31°C)
  
• Wednesday 3rd – A party sunny day with an increase in clouds and the risk of a thunderstorm in the afternoon. Heavy rain forecast overnight. Temperatures of 27°C (32°C)
• Thursday 4th – Mostly sunny with some clouds at times and temperatures of around 26°C (29°C)
• Friday 5th – A clear and sunny day with temperatures of 28°C (32°C)

• Monday 25th - Hot and humid, generally sunny with the chance of some thunderstorms in the afternoon. Temperatures of 33C (35°C)
• Tuesday 26th – Another hot day with temperatures reaching 31C (33°C) (Risk of heavy thunder storms overnight)
  
• Wednesday 27th – A fresher day with some clouds, but still feeling  nice with temperatures of 27°C (30°C)
• Thursday 28th – Partly sunny day with some clouds at times and temperatures of around 27°C (30°C)

As we forecast last week, the change to warmer weather is now happening. The forecast for this coming weekend is very good, warm sunshine all weekend! The week ahead also looks set to be fine, dry and increasingly warmer.

• Saturday 9th – Another bright, clear sunny day with temperatures of 25c (28°C)
• Sunday 10th – Blue skies and bright sunshine with just a slight chance if some light cloud moving in towards the evening. Temperatures of 25°C (28°C)
• Monday 11th - Any early morning cloud should soon burn off leaving another warm sunny day with temperatures of 25°C (28°C)

• Wednesday 6th – A mostly sunny day with clouds at times. Top temperatures of 21°C (26°C)
• Thursday 7th – Another mostly sunny days with some clouds at times and temperatures of around 20°C (25°C)
• Friday 8th – Mostly sunny and feeling warmer as warm air slowly starts to edge in from the south west. Temperatures around 24°C (27°C)

• Sunday 26th – Partly cloudy and cooler with the chance of a shower as another weather system pushes through with light winds and highs of 15°C
• Monday 27th - Partly cloudy with the possibility of a light rain shower with temperatures of around 18°C
• Tuesday 28th – Partly cloudy with the chance of a light rain shower in the morning, clearing in the afternoon . Temperatures of around 15C
• Wednesday 29th – A sunny and warmer day with top temperatures of 21°C
• Thursday 30th – Mostly sunny with the possibility of some light cloud and the odd shower, mainly in the mountains. Temperatures of around 19°C
• Friday 1st – Another weather system pushes though bringing some cloud and rain with temperatures around the 18°C mark.

Long Range Forecast

Looking further ahead, the first week of May looks set to be a mix of sunny spells and times of cloud with the odd shower. The overall trend is improving and temperatures are rising steadily.

Early indications are that the second week of May looks set to be very warm with temperatures over 30°C.

Yesterday saw another fine and warm day with just a scattering of high cloud later in the day. Temperatures reached 22.5c in Polygyros.
Today the clouds have moved in as forecast although there is still some hazy sunshine and  temperatures are are holding up, currently 21.7c in Polygyros.

Today has been a lovely clear, sunny day with temperatures of 20°C.

The weather for this coming Easter weekend looks fine and relatively warm but maybe somewhat cloudy. The following week looks rather unsettled with rain to start with but improving towards the end of the week.

• Friday 17th – Sunny with light winds and temperatures of around 20c
• Saturday 18th – Partly sunny with light winds and temperatures of around 20c
• Sunday 19th – Partly cloudy with light winds and highs of 22°C
• Monday 20th - Cloudy with the possibility of a light rain shower with temperatures of around 18°C
• Tuesday 21st – A cloudy day with the possibility of a light rain shower . Temperatures of around 16C
• Wednesday 22nd – Cloudy and cooler with rain and wind, some heavy showers at times with temperatures of around 14°C
• Thursday 23rd – Partly cloudy and cool but staying dry with temperatures around 15°C
• Friday 24th – Improving with mostly sunny skies and highs of 15°C
