Ierissos

Ierissos is located on the east-side of Halkidiki, 118 km from Thessaloniki and 80 km from Polygyros. It is with more than 3000 inhabitants one of the bigger towns in Northern Halkidiki. Ierissos constitutes an important harbour for Northern Greece with lots of fishing activity. The fishes found in the gulf of Ierissos are well known for their taste throughout all of Greece.

The sandy beaches (from witch one is awarded with a Blue Flag) and lively entertainment offered in Ierissos make it a unique place for holidays.
